Based in Texas, Tanya Uluwitiya writes Literary Fiction and Short Stories. She has a Master’s Degree in English Literature and is a Fulbright alum. She was born in Sri Lanka and has lived in the United States, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. She writes about the impact of state violence on individual histories and the unique challenges of being an immigrant.
